This gourd is uncut, leaving all the dried seeds inside.  Because the designs appear on opposite sides of the gourd, it can be displayed with either side as the feature.  The design was created using pyrography and then carved fir texture and colored with gourd dyes and acrylik inks.  The piece is 8 1/2" in diameter and 8" tall.
