Future Olympic star?  Perhaps.  But perhaps Aliya will just continue to run for the love of running.  She stands 11" tall and her base is 5" square.  Aliya's hair is made from locks of wool.  Her body and clothes are needle felted (or dry felted) out of 100% wool over an armature, which means that you can change her pose, although frequent changes in position will weaken the armature and even cause it to break.  However, her right foot is anchored to a base from which she can not be removed.   Please note that Fiber Folk sculptures are not toys and should be treated gently.
